How do I secure the date for items I'm interested in?A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve rental items on the day of your event. The final payment is due 30 business days prior to event.

Why is there a security deposit on some items?A refundable deposit is required for most glassware. If any item is returned broken or in otherwise unusable condition, you will be charged for the full retail price of that item. This charge will only reflect based off missing or broken glasses at the end of your event.

What is your cancellation policy?If you decide to cancel your rental, or weather prohibits rental we do not issue refunds for any reason but will hold your funds as a rain-check which is valid for 1 year to be used anytime you wish to start the day after your original event date. This also includes all Covid-19 and pandemic related cancellations.

What happens if my event is outside and the weather does not cooperate?We know weather can be unpredictable. We recommend you always have an indoor or covered back-up plan for your outdoor event. We will not set up items outside if it looks like the weather will be an issue.

Do you deliver?Yes! Delivery/Setup is determined by Event Location and distance from our warehouse located in Dallas. Additional charges apply if stairs are required in setup. We provide services to help with events starting early in the morning or late at night. $75 additional delivery fee if the event is at 6 am - 8 am. $75 additional fee if pickup is after 12 AM/Midnight

Do you offer Customer pick-ups?No, not at this time.

Damage/Loss ResponsibilityThis is probably the most frequently asked question and the most misunderstood. You as the customer are responsible for any damage of the item(s) that are rented. Items while in your care are your complete responsibility and you are responsible for any damage, theft or misuse of these items. Waiver -- We the renters (Off the Wall Rentals) are not responsible for any damage or injury caused to the customer. The customer will use items properly and be solely responsible for any injury caused by our rentals.

How far out should I book my rental?The early the better in order to secure the availability of items. Being the more popular and limited items are in high demand.

What payments do you accept?Booking an event requires a 50% down payment. The balance of the payment is due 30 business days prior to event. In a world of fraudulent activity and disputing charges after service is rendered, we offer the following ways to pay: ZELLE TRANSACTIONS ONLY. To make a Zelle payment, please use Off The Wall Rentals phone number associated with account (214) 564-7612. Please check with your bank on what they allow for Zelle payments as some have dollar amount limits. Corporate Events- Check will need to be made out and mailed to Sha'Tara Taylor Ogunyemi. (1099 can be furnished upon request)

General Photo ReleaseRenter agrees that Off The Wall Rentals may take images of their items being used for any event and may use images for companies portfolio, website and for advertising with non-exclusive royalty-free license to use these images.
